Wheelchair
ADA Assessment

An American Disabilities Act, or ADA, Compliance inspection checks the property to make sure everything meets ADA standards, and if not, notifies you when certain things are not up to code. This inspection can help you avoid lawsuits.

Property Condition Assessment

Property condition assessments (PCA's) are due diligence projects associated with commercial real estate. Once the PCA is completed, a written report (also known as the Property Condition Report or PCR) is compiled and delivered to the client within an acceptable time frame.

Phase One ESA

An environmental site assessment is a report prepared for a real estate holding that identifies potential or existing environmental contamination risks. The assessment, often called an ESA, typically addresses the land as well as building and physical improvements to the property.

IR Roof Inspections
(Coming Soon)

Infrared roof inspections check for roof conditions that could otherwise be undetectable without the use of an IR camera. These inspections can reduce repair costs and help prepare for unexpected situations in the future.
