HOME INSPECTOR POSITION
What we're looking for:
Pro Spex Home Inspections is looking for inspectors with good communications skills, people oriented, and team players. This position requires the Home Inspector to perform residential inspections for buyers, sellers, owners, and investors compliant with state standards, following the Pro Spex System, and using the latest home inspection software. Currently preference will be given to inspectors willing to travel throughout Southern MD and Northern VA. This is a physically demanding, people-oriented business. This opportunity is a paid employee position, not 1099.

Requirements for employment:
To be considered for the position, you must be a MD or VA licensed Home inspector or have passed the National Home Inspector Exam and be able to apply for your MD or VA license within 30 days of employment. Interested persons must have a reliable vehicle and a good driving record, as well as be eligible to work in the US. Must be available to perform inspections Monday through Friday. All new inspectors are required to complete our training program and follow the Pro Spex System. There is a minimum 2-year commitment after completing the Pro Spex Training Program.

SEWER CAM TECH
What we're looking for:
Pro Spex is looking to share their success by training a select candidate to perform as a Sewer Camera Technician. This position is suited to applicants with an interest in plumbing and residential construction. This position is ideal for a recent entrant into the workforce.

This is a part-time paid position that will become full time. To be considered for the position, please submit resume or letter of interest include relative education and experience. At least 3 years plumbing experience required. The selected individual will have the opportunity to learn other areas of residential inspections that support Pro Spex Business.
Basic function and scope of responsibilities:
Conduct inspection of residential and commercial sewer lines using sewer line camera. Clearly explain findings to customer and generate detailed report.
Working conditions:
Position requires working indoors and outdoors throughout the year within the local Metro area only
Predominantly at private residence, single and multi-family, report writing on & off site, while traveling, or at office/home
Exposure to adverse weather conditions during travel is expected
Moderate physical endurance, moderate lifting of equipment. Must be willing and able to access crawlspaces or attics if necessary; and work outdoors in some weather conditions for short periods of time. NOTE: not required to operate in conditions that are unsafe, as determined by the discretion of the inspector.
Knowledge of sewer line camera preferred but not required. Basic computer skills needed and an ability to adapt easily to new software, writing skills, willingness to work and timeliness required.

All expense paid Company Vehicle will be provided, clean driving record a must
Education:
High school graduate required
Plumbers license preferred (must be able to apply for WSSC or journeyman license within 6 months of hire)
Compensation:
Annual salary $20-40K, depending on experience and willingness to learn.
