Military Housing Inspector

Pro Spex is part of a team that has been awarded a contract to inspect military housing throughout the US. Each inspection is a "Limited Inspection" (no climbing roofs, opening panels etc.). This is a visual inspection similar to what we call a walk-through inspection, and takes about 45-60 minutes. To fulfill this role, inspectors must be flexible, able to travel throughout the US. It is expected that inspectors who perform well can expect multiple assignments. All training, tools and travel related expenses are covered. If you have completed the InterNACHI CPI Training, but have not applied for your license, you can still apply.


Requirements

  • Home Inspector License

  • InterNACHI (CPI) 

  • US citizen

  • Must pass Army Military Base security vetting

  • Physically fit
