A homebuyer inspection will make you more confident and informed about your next big decision.

Worried about buying a home?

A Pro Spex Home Inspection is not just a list of problems. It is an opportunity for the buyer to learn as much as they can, so that they can make an informed decision on how best to use the results. For this reason, we highly recommend the buyer attend the inspection.

Protect your pipes too.

Underground sewer line inspections, or sewer scope inspections, involve a video recording of the home's sewer line and help identify defects, cracks, tree root intrusion, and other potential issues with the pipes.
