As a Junior Inspector, you will perform residential and commercial property inspections for buyers, sellers, owners, and investors. Inspectors are expected to follow state standards and the Pro Spex System, utilizing our home inspection software to deliver accurate, detailed reports.
Pro Spex is committed to leveraging technology to deliver the best possible customer experience. Inspectors have access to IR cameras, drones, and other specialized tools to complete thorough, professional inspections. Strong performance at the Junior level may lead to advancement within the company.
Requirements
Maryland (MD) and Virginia (VA) Home Inspector License
Minimum two (2) years of home inspector experience
InterNACHI CPI
Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
Eligible to work in the US
