As an Entry Level Inspector, you will assist in performing residential and commercial property inspections for buyers, sellers, owners, and investors. Inspectors are expected to follow state standards and the Pro Spex System by utilizing our home inspection software.
Pro Spex is committed to leveraging technology to deliver the best possible customer experience. Inspectors receive hands-on training in the use of IR cameras, drones, and other specialized tools required to complete a thorough Pro Spex Home Inspection. Strong performance at the entry level may lead to advancement into a Junior Inspector role.
Requirements
Successfully passed the National Home Inspector Exam
Met all state licensing requirements for a Home Inspector
Eligible to work in the United States
Available Monday through Friday (weekend availability a plus)
Minimum 2-year commitment following completion of the Pro Spex Training Program
