Before Pro Spex started Pro Spex Academy we spoke to other home inspectors and business owners in the area about hiring new home inspectors, their experience mirrored ours. New home inspectors had little to no experience before being issued a license, relying solely on watching videos in a classroom ill-suited to enhance the student experience.  

 

Well that's not good enough for us or our students.

 

That's why we built Pro Spex Academy. To close that gap for the inspection industry and for new entrants into this profession.

Once we discovered this obstacle for new inspectors we didn't slap together the course. We worked with InterNACHI and the state of Maryland to ensure that we were meeting the minimum requirements to enable you to start inspecting homes. Then we went to work to exceed those minimum standards bringing additional value to the table through hands-on activities to help solidify all the details you gain through the lectures and theory.
