PRO SPEX  is located in the heart of Maryland and serves the Washington DC metro area.  Since 1988, the staff of PRO SPEX has developed experience in the architectural and construction industries and knows how a home should be built.  We take pride in educating you, our client, and ensuring you are knowledgeable about the condition of the house you are about to make your home.

Glenford Blanc
Glen, is the principal of PRO SPEX and is a licensed home inspector. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and Planning from Howard University and is the Principal of GBA, Inc. - an architecture consulting firm. Glen received his Home Inspector training at Inspector Training Associates (ITA) now part of the KAPLAN schools, and is among the first to be licensed under the new Maryland law to take effect Jan 1st 2008.

Glen believes one of the keys to success in this business is communication. To be able to clearly articulate the issues in a manner that is non-threatening but clear to the customer and all parties involved in the transaction. Glen's experience over the years has taken him from classrooms as a teacher, in the air as a private pilot, and into the construction field on both commercial and residential projects.

Yvonne Blanc
Yvonne is the most pleasant person you will ever speak to and is the heart of the company. Yvonne is the Vice-President and Business Manager of both GBA and PRO SPEX; holds a BA in Architecture, is certified with the NRSB as a Radon Professional and is constantly educating herself on changes in the Home Inspection industry. Yvonne ensures that Glen is where he is supposed to be, and when the clients needs dictate, you will see her in the field as well.  She makes sure that you understand the PRO SPEX inspection process, because we are not just another home inspection company.
